Paul’s Mission is to channel his experience as a trial attorney with formal training in mediation to help parties reach resolutions in a way that is efficient and cost effective while avoiding risks and stress that are common to litigation.
Mediation
Paul favors a facilitative approach to mediation, enhancing the quality of communication, reducing the level of conflict and encouraging all participants to open minded consideration.
Arbitration
When parties determine that they do not wish to negotiate a settlement but still wish to reduce time and expenses, Paul will serve as a neutral arbitrator and render a decision to resolve the dispute.
Neutral Investigation / Evaluation
An experienced investigator, Paul can assist organizations exercise due diligence by conducting unbiased investigations or by providing independent input to assist parties with the evaluation of evidence, factual and/or legal positions.
